PHDream PH Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phdream ph platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of phdream ph, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and any person placing a wager or making a deposit through the platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes:

• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by third parties, including family members.
• Notifying phdream ph promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account registration requires identity verification (KYC). You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID at the time of registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete verification may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal access.

PHDream PH uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to help protect your account. However, you remain responsible for maintaining the security of your own login credentials.

4 Deposits and Financial Transactions

All deposits and financial transactions on phdream ph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no currency conversion applied to player accounts.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted deposit channels include:

• GCash and Maya (Philippine e-wallets)
• Philippine online banking
• Bank transfer via InstaPay or PESONet

Deposits are credited to your balance once payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel used. Bank transfers may take longer than e-wallet transactions.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawal processing times depend on your payment channel and any pending verification requirements on your account.

• Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome through multiple accounts.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, phdream ph may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, or other account credits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

PHDream PH does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion. Promotions may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Players should not make financial decisions based on the assumption that a promotion will remain available.

Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, or engaging in stake manipulation to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — will be treated as a violation of these terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
